We walked into the dealership looking to potentially buy a used MDX - Victor was incredibly knowledgeable putting myself, my wife and kids at ease. He explained in detail all the differences and what he thinks is the most important. They came with a price and being firm but not pushy Victor was able to tell us the dealer's position and then worked with us to get the price to a position where we were comfortable. I bought extended warranty for my Acura RDX 2019 from this dealership in September, 2023 from one of its financial specialist Ebrahim Davarani. In February, 2024, I sold my car and so I submitted cancell this dealership in September, 2023 from one of its financial specialist Ebrahim Davarani. In February, 2024, I sold my car and so I submitted cancellation request to Ebrahim. I was supposed to get back about $2600 for the unused mileages. Since I submitted the cancellation request about 3 weeks back, I called him half a dozen times and left messages for him. He never responded. I called his manager and he never returned my call. Then I called the General Manager and he never responded. This dealership is all about selling but cares less about honest service and ethical business practice. More
