I would be in Milwaukee to drop a friend at the airport and decided to get a needed oil change on the way home. After checking internet coupon deals I thought the Rosen "total package" would do nicely. It and decided to get a needed oil change on the way home. After checking internet coupon deals I thought the Rosen "total package" would do nicely. It included oil and filter, various inspections,tire rotation, fluid top off, and car wash. All went well at the dealership until it was time to leave and I found the tires I had marked at home had not changed position. The service writer apologized, said the tech must have missed the "package" deal on the paperwork due to the high volume of the day, and offered up two future oil changes for my troubles. Sorry, still smells like scam to me. More
I have already given very high praise to the sales team and based on that experience alone it would bring me back for my next new car. First, even though this write up will list some failures, the end and based on that experience alone it would bring me back for my next new car. First, even though this write up will list some failures, the end result far exceeded my expectations. I wanted to take this negative situation and show how important customers are to Rosen. I am not going to go into specific details, but it boils down to 4 service visits where I left the dealership extremely unhappy. All the issues I had were with a very unfriendly employee not ordering parts like they were supposed too, and poor workmanship which caused further service visits. I would like to point out the employee who really was the main culprit in my service failures is no longer an employee at Rosen! I would also like to make a point to say that David, Bob and Tom all tried their hardest to rectify the whole situation that was created. They went above and beyond to try and fix the situation to make sure I left happy. Here is the most surprising thing of this whole situation. It's surprising because I have never experienced this from any other dealership in my years of purchasing new cars and dealing with dealer service departments. I was sitting in my office and my cell phone rang. I answered and it was Jeff Rosen himself to discuss my issues in the service department. This was not a rushed conversation and he was genuinely sincere and seemed somewhat embarrassed that I had so many issues with his service department. Without going into specifics, Jeff made sure I was taken care of. Knowing that an owner truly cares that much about the end result and the perception his customers have of his dealership completely took me by surprise. Life isn't perfect and things happen! It's what someone does to rectify the situation that matters! For that, I will always go back to Rosen Nissan! Matt Milwaukee More
I had taken my vehicle in for oil change service and had an issue that was initially handled poorly by the service manager. However, after speaking with Jeff Rosen, he was very courteous and professional in an issue that was initially handled poorly by the service manager. I very much appreciated the fact that he took the time to personally contact me after my initial review. It was obvious from speaking to him that my business was important to him. I live in Virginia and my 18 year old daughter is staying in the Millwaulk are. She has been experiencing an intermittent check engine light. She had taken her car to Midas and they diagnosed the problem and $400.00 dollars later declared the car fixed. The intermittent check engine continued and she brought the car to Rosen Nissan. Chris Maglio is the service writer and he has been fabulous. His team found a broken engine mount and have worked diligently to figure out the problem. He has refused to throw parts at the car in hopes of getting it right and has taken extraordinary steps to isolate the problem so that I will not have to pay for unneccesary parts. Chris hs kept me and my daughter informed on the progress of the issue. Chris and his team have earned my confidence and business for all of my daughters repair needs with her 2005 Nissan Altima. More
