After a week told me to bring it back something went wrong. Went to amato. Got it done the right way. Never go to these disorganized rude men. They thought because i was a black female that they could treat and talk to me any kind of way. All i wanted was a new car. Worked hard enough to get that i thought for my family but they ruined it. Very disappointed. Happy now. Why is there more amatos than rosens? U should ask yourself that before shopping here. Peace and love guys. P.S. the manager named franko told me that they didn't care if i was mad or upset because they lost my paper and that they didn't want to do business with someone who was as upset as i was. I just went and returned the car and asked for my paper work back that i had provided to get financed. Jeff rosen wasn't there but i knew he would have handled things differently. However im not sure if he knows how his store is ran when he's away. Their all just looking for a sale. Not the person their self. Its sad. GO ELSE WHERE. More

I added spray in bed liner, mats and a bed cover to my final purchase. I finally got a call a week later to just to find out they could not find a bed cover to match my truck (five minutes on line and had it ordered) so they stated they would give me a refund. I asked about the spray in bed liner and mats. The following week my was appointment for the spray in liner, so when I dropped off the salesman stated he would have my mats put in when I got the truck back. Day later spray in bed liner in but no mats. The salesman didn't call, had to call several times just to find out where the mats were. Finally got some excuse about they were order but given to someone else, who really knows at this point. Cancelled the mats to and they again said they would give me a refund. Two days after all this, I called to ask about the refund they said it had to go back to the bank where I had the vehicle financed through. Stated the check was sent Monday (that was two weeks ago and still no refund). Also, way overpriced on the bed liner, go some where else. More
Awesome Buying Experience without Even stepping in Our experience was more than stellar! After almost being ripped of by our local dealer, we decided to give Rosen Nissan a try. Luckily we were put int Our experience was more than stellar! After almost being ripped of by our local dealer, we decided to give Rosen Nissan a try. Luckily we were put into Sam Sommers' hand and let me tell you the experience was amazing! I explained my whole situation at the other dealer and explained what I was looking for as part of the deal, and he did not only improved the other offer but basically provided a whole better deal! After we walked in, he explained everything thoroughly once again to us, and also allowed us to test drive the car before purchasing, even when we had a done deal, to make sure that was the vehicle we actually wanted. They also provided a smooth sign process and provided awesome add-ons to our deal, which some we took and some we did not, but they were very transparent on what prices and services will be provided, explaining every disclaimer on every category. After we signed the deal, the owner Jeff Rosen personally went to our area and congratulated us for the sale. I also want to thank the Finance Manager Adam who finalized the deal for us and explained what our deals will mean 3 years from now. All in all this will be my sixth vehicle purchase and overall this has been the most awesome experience we've had. Thank you Sam. More

Replacement salesman was extremely rude and had no interest in selling me a car. When told him my first impression was poor he said that wasn't his fault and when I said that there are several other dealers I can go to he said that was my choice. He then proceeded to argue with my husband. Went to speak to the manger who didn't offer to work with us and no interest in making my experience right. Only person that approached us was a different salesman saying we can start fresh with her. She should be the sales manager in my eyes. Left and gave business to a competitor who was extremely friendly and helpful. More
