Services Took my car in for transmission replacement. The services was terrible from the services department to reception: lack communication, no follow up calls , rude fill in reception (Stephanie). I was totally disappointed. The services dept completed the work never informed me that my car was ready. They just gave one excuse after another. I was confused I was initially told my car (transmission) would be ready in two days. I thought I was going to get a loaner and after the rude services was told my car was ready. I was never informed that my car was ready and the services-men had left for the day. They don't offer maintenance services due to customers refusal. This is my second purchase and has had several referral. Not sure about my future purchases or recommendations. More

treament beyond exceptional the team work from jeff rosen to kathy in finance and matt in sales was exceptional to say the least...i was treated like a high end client...i was gr the team work from jeff rosen to kathy in finance and matt in sales was exceptional to say the least...i was treated like a high end client...i was greated and treated with respect, honesty and extremely fair. i had all the necessary documents emailed in before i drove 81 miles to the dealership..my new vehicle was washed gased prepped and ready for me the new owner..within minutes of my arrival kathy was ready with all the legal documents for me to sign..she explained them and was making sure i understood each document. i was then turned back over to matt who showed me all the features of my new vehicle.. i was not enticed or brided or asked in any manner to write this review. i am doing it to recognize hard work and dedication the rosen team took with my new vehicle.
