Chris Maglio is the service writer and he has been fabulous. His team found a broken engine mount and have worked diligently to figure out the problem. He has refused to throw parts at the car in hopes of getting it right and has taken extraordinary steps to isolate the problem so that I will not have to pay for unneccesary parts. Chris hs kept me and my daughter informed on the progress of the issue. Chris and his team have earned my confidence and business for all of my daughters repair needs with her 2005 Nissan Altima.
