Rosen never gave us expensive part they replaced Although Chris (in service) was friendly to speak with, he did not get the old part returned to us. It cost us $1000 to replace a $666 (steering lock Although Chris (in service) was friendly to speak with, he did not get the old part returned to us. It cost us $1000 to replace a $666 (steering lock control unit) part that was not covered by the 10 year warranty. We definitely wanted the old part to see what cost so much. But it was never returned to us. Chris had a family emergency to deal with and no one covered for him in his absence even though we specifically spoke with others there and told them we wanted the part. This definitely caused us to lose trust and credibility in this service department. We will think twice before we take our Maxima there again! More
