But for whatever reason the hub caps are not put back proper I have been very satisfied with the service advisors; the most recent being Ryan Brown. But for whatever reason the hub caps are not put back properly when having tires replaced, rotated, etc. This is the second time that I have lost a hub cap, having to buy a new cap the first time. This time I was able to retrieve hub cap because of a kind driver who let me know it had come off. Would appreciate mechanics check king this more closely when working on tires. More
