I recommend the Service Center but not Sales I love the Service department. They are so nice and helpful and always keep me informed. Well I had a difficult situation but they never kept in contact with me. Ran my credit the first time I went in, 4 times!! Never gave my permission for that. After I complained, they ran it more. But NEVER contacted me! Again, service center is wonderful but I will never buy a car there, ever. More

I told him the price point I wanted to stay at and he didn’t try and push me into something I wasn’t comfortable with. He got me the cars I wanted to test drive and I fell in love with the one I originally came to look at. He worked with me and helped me transfer my belongings from my trade-in to my new car. He even helped me unhook my stereo system in my trunk so I could keep that with me! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks Keith for all your help! Will definitely be coming here again when I need a new car. More

Online service request I sent in an online service request on Monday, on Thursday morning, the day requested for service, I hadn't received a confirmation. I called to confirm, and was told by one of the service men that my request wasn't in the system. The other service man was able to see the request and said it was ok. I went to the dealership and for the muffler service, they don't keep inventory? Went home, found local shop at half the quoted price. Online service request needs work! More

Oil change, tire rotation, and check up, 114,000 miles. Purchased my 2012 Nissan Titan pro 4x at Mad City Motors, used. My year warranty was up and although they did a good job with check ups and maintenanc Purchased my 2012 Nissan Titan pro 4x at Mad City Motors, used. My year warranty was up and although they did a good job with check ups and maintenance, I wanted to get my truck in where the technicians are used to working on trucks. I called and was told to stop in after work and they would get me in. Showed up at 3:45 and drove up to shop overhead door, I drove right in and met service manager. Told him I had called the day before and what I needed done on truck, he took down all my info and my truck was in garage being worked on in 10 minutes. I was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes, so I looked around the show room at all the new trucks and info and was out of there in 45 minutes. The Rosen dealership is very nice and everyone I met was very nice. I'll be back ! More
