Then once I got my car back they forgot to secure my airflow vent and my car stopped in the middle of traffic, which means that they didn't test drive it to make sure it was functioning correctly. The technician then decided to say "Oops I forgot to secure the airflow vent" if my car had stopped anywhere else that would've been extremely dangerous. More
