Treatment Not Equitable! I went to this dealership, met with the first salesperson, who showed me the car I had emailed about. We took a test drive, and then we talked financi I went to this dealership, met with the first salesperson, who showed me the car I had emailed about. We took a test drive, and then we talked financing, with the assistance of his manager. My credit is poor, and I was told I would need $3500 DP, for a 2011 vehicle? I drove another vehicle 2010, with a different salesperson, as the first car had been sold, and the first salesman had been let go? I met another salesperson, but by the end of that week, a different car they picked for me was sold. I ended up with a car that was not cleaned, had several noticeable scratches and dents, part of the front grill, and one hubcap, noticeably broken, and there was no manual or second key. I never got to test drive the car, and although the DP was lowered to $2000, the Finance Manager added a $1200 warranty; he was let go the following week, as was the second salesperson I came into contact with. I'm glad to be driving, but my interest rate is 27% for 7 years? "Shucky-Darn!!!" More

Steve, the owner, contacted me personally and apologized for my experience. This goes above and beyond what most dealers would do after you leave the dealership with your new purchase. I am very happy with the car I bought, and glad the owner cares enough to contact and resolve any complaints or issues that you may have. I would advise checking the online prices as well, it saved me a few hundred as they changed the price the day I was in and had not updated an inventory list or the sticker. Overall a good experience. More

I was contact by customer rep Mr. James Weston who I had several phone conversations with and who always was more concern about my needs as a customer than whether he made a sale! Once I arrived at their showroom at the dealership all the staff was very responsive to my questions and needs this included the Office Manager, General Manager as well as the Owner. The finance and delivery were seamless with the entire Rosen staff friendly and helpful. Secondly, after the 'check engine light' came on in my 'new' used car, the Rosen service staff got me right in to look at it. In order to resolve the issue, they took it to the manufacturer's local dealership and completed repairs there-all at no cost to me!! They even offered me a loaner vehicle-for a used car undergoing service! I am a real customer and this is a true story!
