The service department, who have since handled the "extras", were also top notch. My husband, who can be quite picky about his vehicle maintenance, left stating that he will only bring the vehicle back here for service work as they clearly take no shortcuts. We were also surprised a few weeks later with coffee cups and fresh baked cookies in the mail. Who doesn't appreciate that! More

EDITED REVIEW after customer service contact EDIT*** Less than 24 hours after posting my negative review a very nice customer service rep by the name of Faith called me to apologize for my exper EDIT*** Less than 24 hours after posting my negative review a very nice customer service rep by the name of Faith called me to apologize for my experience and try to find a resolution. Although I was very disappointed by my contact with Rosen, I have to respect that a company would be so quick to contact me to make it right. I think that this probably reflects well on the owner or philosophy of upper management. I was assured that steps would be taken to reduce the likelihood that this happens in the future. EDIT*** Steer clear of Rosen. I bought a 2 year old minivan there this summer and found the process to be very unsatisfactory. First of all, it took over 8 weeks to get my title, even though I paid with cash (cashier's check) for the car the day of purchase. When I called them at the 5 week mark, they hadn't even sent it in to the state yet... no excuse for that. Second, when I was given the final purchase amount so I could get a cashier's check, it ended up being actually too high of an amount. I was told that I would get a refund check in the mail within two weeks. Well, if the title delay wasn't bad enough, I am sitting at 12 weeks right now, and NO CHECK! I have called them multiple times, and been sent to various voicemails, but nobody ever called me back. I am just floored by their lack of service here. In my opinion, the following issue is actually the worst: When we purchased the van we asked the salesman if he knew how the van had been cleaned, and we mentioned that we had a child with some severe allergies (food and pets). We told the salesman that we just wanted to know if the upholstery and carpet had been cleaned, or if we should consider getting it detailed on our own to make sure our child was safe. The salesman assured us the vehicle had been "detailed" very thoroughly and even told us he would have the staff clean it a second time to make sure it was completely safe. Well, when we got the van home and looked at it more closely, we saw that whoever cleaned it didn't even move the seats down when they vacuumed, because folding the seats down I filled up my entire vacuum filter with clumps of pet hair. I also found a Reeses peanut butter cup wrapper shoved under the front passenger seat.... and this literally could have killed my son if he had found it! Just one example in a long list of reasons that I will never ever go back to Rosen Nissan. More

However, I find it difficult to schedule appointments as 99% of the time I call nobody answers. In the past I would never get a call back either. Fortunately though Franz has been doing a great job returning calls and even set an appointment for me just to make sure I had a time slot. Overall good service department. More

I actually felt like everyone was truly looking out for my best interests. There was no pushing for "extras" just what we wanted and needed. Of course, I realize they are a business and work for a profit, but I did not feel like we were pressured or being "gouged". Every aspect of the new car experience was low pressure and very much like dealing with your next door neighbors. I purchased my Pathfinder in another state and have been going here for service before the new owners took over. I can clearly say they have integrity. More

Kory and I had a lot of back and forth over e-mail and his willingness to help a family out got me to the dealership to make our purchase. The sales part wasn't the only easy part, the dealership was respectful of my time and requests with the paperwork at the end making it a smooth process. I truly feel like Nissan wanted my sale and worked hard for me to make it happen. More

Kevin Watt patiently went over the vehicle I was interested in, as well as a similar one. I was able to see the pros and cons of each to make I was looking at the BEST fit for me. The paperwork was minimal and thoroughly explained. I was introduced to personnel I would being coming in contact with for maintenance, etc. The dealership itself was exceptionally clean and it felt welcomed. Thank you Rosen Nissan of Madison an especially positive experience. More
