Simple and Fair I have been looking around for a car as mine was maybe on its way out. Figured if I could get what I was looking for and could get something for my cu I have been looking around for a car as mine was maybe on its way out. Figured if I could get what I was looking for and could get something for my current car as a trade in, it wouldn't hurt to test drive one of the best deals I have seen around. I stopped in and the receptionist had Kory meet with me. I told him the car I was interested was a 2016 Altima Certified Pre-owned. Price was possibly the best I saw around and we took a test drive. Worked with Kory to see what kind of payments we looked at with an appropriate warranty. I liked where things were going until we found out I had an issue with my current title! Luckily Matt and Kory helped me get that sorted out and I left with my new car. Also learning that full synthetic oil changes are $48 was a major plus. Thanks guys definitely recommend Rosen to anyone interested in any car they have to offer. More

I purchased a pre-owned Nissan Altima SL model from this place and my experience so far has been impeccable. I shopped at almost 6-7 dealerships (in Ohio and Wisconsin) before I purchased the vehicle from them. The car had some minor problem within 5 days of the purchase and I was worried that I may have to deal with the hassle of dealer denying the free maintenance, but when I called them, they immediately set me a service appointment, inspected the problem, ordered new parts and replaced them. I had absolutely no problem. I dealt with the Sales Manager (Jeff Murray) and consultant (Ed Riel) for my purchase. They showed a great deal of professionalism in providing a good customer service. I strongly recommend this dealership and will stick with them for my future car servicing. If you are shopping for Nissan, check out this dealer before you buy it. More
