My boyfriend and I worked with David kubin. i purchased two vehicles here a few years ago and got an additional wheel and tire protection package as I was advised it is refundable upon trading in or selling the car. I traded the car in and it has ye additional wheel and tire protection package as I was advised it is refundable upon trading in or selling the car. I traded the car in and it has yet to be refunded. I have sent countless emails and left numerous voicemails for the finance department with minimal responses. I was assured a refund in under 10 weeks. It has been 4 months now with no refund. The updates are always “we are working on it” for the most part. Absolutely awful customer service. More

Everyone there was friendly. It was clean, had great music and a very comfortable waiting area complete with complimentary refreshments. The whole process of purchasing my car there was exceptional. I called this specific dealer I spoke to Carlos and told him my situation and he said come and I’m the best in the west. And he basically told me he could get it done. Don’t say things that you can’t terrib him my situation and he said come and I’m the best in the west. And he basically told me he could get it done. Don’t say things that you can’t terrible way to do auto sales. And also Carlos and Vito were the 2 that help me just terrible service and lies was told to me the customer.
