I bought my car new in 2004 and have been coming for service to Rosen ever since. Everyone I've dealt with have been great. Kyle Monteith has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions and trea service to Rosen ever since. Everyone I've dealt with have been great. Kyle Monteith has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions and treats me like a very valued customer. I guess the best way to describe it is I feel like he has my back and wants me to feel secure with my vehicle. I now work an hour away from the Dealership but still bring my car in there every 3 months for scheduled maintenance. I just couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I took my Elantra in when it failed emissions testing, and was satisfied with the service. They pointed out that the power steering line was seeping and should be replaced. When I called to make the appointment, I explained that I would need a loaner. The first appointment I could get with a loaner was more than a week away, but I gladly scheduled and waited. Meanwhile I got a nice coupon in the mail that would have saved me some money. Awesome! When I got there for my appointment, there were 4 cars ahead of me. It was 20 minutes before I even talked to a service writer. A little frustrating, this is gonna make me late for work. After waiting a week for the appointment and 20 minutes to talk to the service writer, I mentioned the loaner. He looks shocked and gets up to check a list. Then promptly tells me the loaner program was cancelled! Funny cuz a gentleman 3 cars in front of me left with one! I again told him I made the apt with the understanding that a loaner would be available. He has no explanation and the only suggestion he had was he could call Enterprise and I could rent a car. I was already late for work and frustrated. I left the dealership without the service and was late for work. What a frustrating way to start the day. While I had previously decided that any future work I needed would be done by Rosen, this experience might just change my mind. I wrote a letter to the dealership to complain and they didn't even care enough to respond! Great Customer Service! More
