The nearly perfect buying experience I'm from Rockford which is about 45 miles from Rosen. I spoke with Dom Moreci over the phone and through emails and made the deal for my car. I told D I'm from Rockford which is about 45 miles from Rosen. I spoke with Dom Moreci over the phone and through emails and made the deal for my car. I told Dom that I did NOT want to see the numbers change when I got there, no BS. He assured me that he was an honorable man and that was not the way he did business. This deal included how much I would get for my trade. From experience I know this is always the area where the dealer throws you a nasty curve ball. Upon arrival I met Dom and he had the car ready for me to see. I took a test drive and he had the staff evaluate my trade. When I came back we talked about what they'd give me for the trade and they started $500 less than what we agreed upon. However, I think Dom was a little embarrassed since he knew I wasn't go to make the deal unless I got what I wanted for the trade. After a couple trips to the manger I got what I had to have and we made the deal. Dom was great. No BS, the numbers were true. He made sure I was taken care of in every way. He's an honorable young man. I liked the fact that he had a picture of himself playing with his daughter on the office wall. It gave a human touch to the buying experience. They had a USO fundraiser for the military "Classy move" on the day I purchased the car. As a veteran I thought it was awesome for them to do something like this. If there was one thing that was PITA was waiting for finance department to get freed up. I hadn't ate all day and it was after 4:00. I told Dom and he got me a burger, chips and a soft drink. It was really appreciated. Super staff and the best buying experience I've ever had. OH, and they had the best price in Chicagoland! More
