Honest, Reasonable, and Fair A lot of dealerships say they want your business, and they'll compete to get it. Too many falsely say they won't be beat on price. I reached out to six dealerships in Chicago's West Suburbs. A couple could not be bothered to return the call (so much for competing). Two folded easily when the price I was willing to pay became too thin for the effort (paper tigers). Rosen Hyundai stuck it out, competed reasonably and fairly, and took a lot of time to explain and educate. My experience? They compete (engage, stick it out, and stay with it). They keep their word. And they don't lose deals, no matter how thin it gets. Save yourself the trouble, get to Rosen first. More
