I can't say enough great things about this dealership, and especially Tracy, who I worked with. I had been very indecisive, visited many dealers in the area, and had visited Rosen multiple times. When I finally decided on a vehicle, he and the finance gentleman made things very easy, informative, and quick for me for purchase the car and be on my way. Unfortunately, If I would give zero stars I could. I bought a 2022 Tucson from this dealership. Now in regards to the car it is a very nice car. Has everything a person can want and great for the fami I bought a 2022 Tucson from this dealership. Now in regards to the car it is a very nice car. Has everything a person can want and great for the family. But in regards to this dealership I would pass. The sales associate Ethan was not bad. But when talking price I mainly sat with his manager. (I think the name was Brian) On April 13th We ran my credit and found a bank that would give a great deal. I put 500 down to save the car (It was still not at the dealership yet) I had to call to get updates because no one would call me. I even had to go in person where they kept telling me it got pushed back. (on 3 separate occasions) Finally the day the car arrived I got a notification that they ran my credit two additional times. I Called immediately and asked why this was done if we already had a deal. The response I got was that John Bachor the "Finance guy" was shopping around for better deals and it was "their bad" and that they would stop. Once I finally got in the store to pick the car up on April 23rd it took over 3 hours to finalize a deal we had already worked out a week prior. John tried to sell me a bunch of extra stuff and then told me that the Floor manger was lying and the price he told me wasn't real and the numbers shown to me were fake. So I asked for him to step in were we all argued for about an hour and John started making comments like "well we are just giving it away to you" once I told him for the 7th+ time that I didn't want his deal his attitude changed really quick and he just threw the paperwork on the table and told us were to sign for a similar deal to our original one. Then told us we were good to go and he gave us to Ethan. He told us the car was ready and when we went out to see it there were no Plates. I walked back inside were John and a couple other employees were sitting in the office "talking" about the situation and gossiping about the floor manager. When Ethan walked in the office and told them there wasn't any plate on the vehicle John threw them at Ethan and said "why don't have Brian put them on since he was already kissing his A$$" Ethan walked me out and put the plates on the car and apologized for the others behavior I told him right there that I had other friends and family that I was going to bring by but after this I will personally tell people to Avoid this specific dealership. People at my work have already started telling each other to avoid Rosen and just drive to another dealership because Of this incident More

Another car dealer with all the typical car dealer nonsense. Our salesman could Not answer any question without running to his manager. About the only useful bit of info our salesman gave us was that remote starters are installed by a local company in Algonquin and not by the dealer. He said it’s cheaper to go right to the installer. Had never got any help. Was a recall of rusting rear frame never got notified. The radio had a fault which always made the battery go dead ..... they looked said it's fine ... B.S. I have been in sales over 22 years for large a corporation and never had an experience Like I had with a gentleman named Jared Shaw at Rosen Hyundai Algonquin. Jared was not a salesman he was a Sales Consultant that worked with me on leasing a Genesis GV70. In fact I originally came in for the G70 and found it as a beautiful vehicle but on the smaller side for my day to day needs. Jared helped me over a period of about a month and I was able to secure the first GV70 with his help. I traveled 2 hours round trip for 4 different occasions to meet with Jared and finally secure the vehicle that I never new I was really looking for. I had looked at Audi, Mercedes so forth because I had those before, Jared showed me by test driving as well as research that the GV70 had so much more to offer. I found a marriage of luxury, amazing comfort, unsurpassed safety features and technology that quite frankly is not in the other German Auto rivals. This SUV is amazing but I am thankful each day that I got in it because of Jared. I was at a loss of words each and every time, he is truly an advocate for the buyer and steers you away from the conventional horrible experiences that we all remember as a purchaser of a vehicle. All I can say is that each time I worked with Jared, it was like partnering with my best friend or family member and I hate to waste time but driving nearly 8 hours in total to secure this GV70 I don’t regret 1 minute. The whole team at Rosen were super professional right down to the Manager who handled an issue internally and made it right immediately as well as the gentleman who wants to put on the diamond coat to your paint after that most people might decline, trust me I debated on this for the additional cost and it already saved me twice so it’s worth it! Jared Shaw is not the best car salesman at Rosen, Jared Shaw is the Best car Sales consultant in the entire country! I would put his customer service up against any industry not even just car purchasing or leasing, if you don’t see him, if you don’t drive to him if you don’t believe in this review then you just missed out on a great deal with no pushy over the top sales jargon and you missed out on the best customer experience of your life! As long as Jared Shaw is working at Rosen, I will be a Rosen customer for all my vehicles. It is not even a question, Genesis is so out in front of the Big three that their offerings, prices and with Jared’s customer service as flagship at Rosen you can’t go wrong at all. Jared, appreciate your dedication and Mastery to your profession and commitment to Excellence. More
