Pay too much for not get the service that you are paying for On 08/03/ 2016 we purchase a Hyundai Azera from Hyundai Rosen Algonquin IL with 30921 mileages with full warranty coverage On June/2017 upon oil cha On 08/03/ 2016 we purchase a Hyundai Azera from Hyundai Rosen Algonquin IL with 30921 mileages with full warranty coverage On June/2017 upon oil change service, the dealer mechanic advised that vehicle tires were wearing uneven and needs new tires and alignment, We took vehicle to a shop Firestone on 09/09/2017 with 67202 mileage, were they replaced the tires and did the alignment on the car, On 04/30/2018 with 82181 mileage, we find out that tires were junk again, on 05/03/2018 we took car into the same Firestone shop and they said that the alignment were fine the problem were the suspension shocks struts . We took vehicle back into Hyundai Rosen dealer where they look at it and said in order to confirmed alignment we need to replace the tires again and recheck alignment Technician also said that they should not sold car to us like this that the tire problems should be warranty from the dealer Upon conversation with sale manager Frank Favela he said that there is not that he can do about it We need to buy tires again in order to check the alignment We already expended almost $ 1.000,00 and time going back in forward to resolve this matter We are currently on the process to hire a attorney to review our rights since that we are paying a lot money for full coverage when the problem were found in the dealer with mileage under 60.000 mileage Also they promise us upon purchase to get us a spare car key'Until today we never got it More

They work hard to make things possible and right I noticed a used Ram 1500 pickup in the lot and was interested in buying it. After purchasing the vehicle, I did some research and found that the price I paid was actually a pretty good deal, even with the higher-than-average mileage. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle and Andrew made sure those got resolved. The truck even went to Dodge to fix an issue with an indicator light that was reporting incorrectly. Andrew Hieduke went way above and beyond to ensure that I was very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle (new or used) check out Rosen in Algonquin and let Andrew help him or her out. More

Jared Shaw was absolutely wonderful and after asking us several questions about what we wanted in a vehicle he made a recommendation and arranged a test drive. We loved the Santa Fe Sport we drove but told Jared it was our first stop and we had several other vehicles on our list that we still wanted to see. There was no pressure on his part. He gave us a great price in writing and told us to take our time, look around and he would follow up with us after we had time to look at the others. Within a few days we had seen our other choices and had narrowed them down to two. We contacted Jared and asked him about pricing us out a Santa Fe Sport with a Premium Package and again he came through with a great price. After one more visit to the dealership we knew we had the right car and the right dealership. We also got a very fair trade in price on our car. They did not have the color we wanted on the lot but Jared arranged to have one there the next day. When we came in to pick up the car and sign the paperwork Debrah Campbell explained everything in detail and most importantly there were no surprises with the numbers and she was also able to find us a fantastic finance rate. We are retired and have bought several cars over the years but this was by far the best buying experience we have ever had. More
