Our salesman Jon Muehl was outstanding. He's not pushy and his knowledge of the product is impressive. He will give you all the information about the product line so you can make up your own mind. Isn't that nice? Don't get me wrong, I do my due diligence and check pricing with other dealers but every time Jon and Rosen give you the best deal. We live 50 miles away and buy our cars from Jon. If you're honest with Jon, he's honest with you. We have gotten an agreed upon fair trade price for our vehicles, sight unseen. It's very rare that a dealership doesn't try to pull a fast one on your trade. If you tell him the true condition of your trade and agree upon a price, it's a done deal. How refreshing is that? He also is honest about cash back incentives. If you're not a recent college graduate or a veteran, he doesn't price the car with those incentives. Most dealerships add every incentive in advertised pricing. Jon is NOT that guy. Nothing is worse than trying to close a deal and then finding out the pricing they gave you was a BS story. Jon also takes you through your new vehicle from head to toe. He's not in a rush and answers all your questions. He will even go through the features time and time again to insure that you are comfortable and happy with your new vehicle. I honestly think he gets a rush out of making the customer happy. He's also for you after the sale. I purchase an 2018 Kona from Jon a few months ago and if I ever had a question, he replied promptly and professionally. You simply can't go wrong with Jon and Rosen Hyundai. Rosen also does a few things other dealerships do not. They pinstripe the vehicle and they apply color coded protective edge guards on the doors and wheel wells. Other dealers are going to charge you for this service. Rosen even offers free oil changes. I don't really know how many oil changes "I think 2 or 3" because I don't take advantage of this offer since we live so far away. It's just another perk of dealing with Rosen Hyundai. Lastly, with your good credit Rosen will match your interest rate from your credit union. It just saves the hassle of dealing with another agency to get the deal done. Very friendly, straight to the point, informative, answered all our questions and informed us throughout the process. Went from driving a gas guzzling 99 expedition to a 2019 Elantra and boy, you notice the 20years in between the cars right away. Fell in love after the test ride, loaded with features, and the people at Rosen were very helpful in getting everything I wanted into my budget! Waiting 17 years for this I had been driving the same car for 17 years. Needless to say, picking and buying my next car was little daunting. After doing tons of research, I had my final three picked. The Genesis G70 was on the list. I went into Rosen and met Jon. He listened to me and gave me good information on the initial visit. My husband and I came back and test drove the car after driving the other two on my list. We literally talked price in 30 minutes and after thinking about it for a few hours, I texted Jon to ask him to set the car aside for me. The buying process was easy and straight forward-very different then 17 years ago. I cannot say enough about the service I received from Jon and the whole team!! They were all so helpful throughout.
