Horrible experience. I called multiple times, left voicemails, sent multiple people e-mails and contacted their online agent twice TRYING to buy a car from them just for I called multiple times, left voicemails, sent multiple people e-mails and contacted their online agent twice TRYING to buy a car from them just for them to wait days to get back with me saying "it's sold, i'll tell you if i get another". I Would rate ZERO stars if i could. I already had my loan approved and priced insurance and talk to them, if SOMEONE would of just contacted me they would of had the car sold days ago. More

Rosen Hyundai is an outstanding dealer. Every one that we interacted with has been extremely helpful in meeting our requirements. Our salesman, Casey Sleeman was fantastic, as is the sales manager, Dominic, who was one of several that helped solve an unusual and challenging issue in getting us a great car. We also have to mention the Service Manager, Jeff Bravieri working with Dominic and the HyundaiUSA team to make this happen. Thanks also to Yaseen Ali in Finance for making the money side easy, and a big thanks to Rob Johnson for suggesting the Ceramic coating and window tints. We never owned a car that looked so incredible and can relax knowing the finish is VERY well protected for the long term. What a great team! We will be back for a 2nd car. Casey and Rosen have won us over as a customer and restored our faith in Hyundai as a brand, which we have owned for over 15 years. This experience was further proof that our choice of Hyundai and Rosen Hyundai as our dealer, was a great one. Car buying is a major investment, making the choice of dealer and brand all more critical. We highly recommend Rosen Hyundai. Good people - period. More

So disappointing! This used to be the only safe place in town for a woman to take her car for service without feeling they were out to oversell every repair. I've had my cars serviced here for nearly 10 years (3rd Hyundai). This time, I can't even get a hold of anyone. They have had my car for several days and they won't give me so much as a call or email to let me know when they can make time to even look at it. I guess they have too much business. Sorry to have contributed to that problem. I won't make that mistake again. More
