When I brought my vehicle in, there was no damage to the windshield and when I got it back, there was a crack on it. Owner Scott Levy, flat out said he was not paying for the windshield. I am very pleased with my experience at Rosen Hyundai of Algonquin. After another dealership was not willing to work with me, Rosen Hyundai was. Jon was great with answering questions that I had throughout Algonquin. After another dealership was not willing to work with me, Rosen Hyundai was. Jon was great with answering questions that I had throughout the process and getting back in a quick manner. Even after I’d decided I wanted a different trim level of the Tucson, he worked with me to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. Once I got into financing my vehicle Yaseen was very informative and helped me make the best decisions for me. All-in-all, I am extremely happy with the service and my 2020 Tucson.
