I am in the military and was working with this man while on deployment when he showed my wife a rusted piece of crap and said to her that he sent me all the photos. Seems like a honest person online but when it comes to integrity he obviously had zero. Thank you for looking out for the people that are protecting our nation. As I read the survey, in my opinion it would not be wise to trust any business that comes from this dealership due to hiding damage. When you buy from a dealership it is usually as is. If my wife signed off I would have been stuck with a severely corroded vehicle and couldn't do anything about it. BUYER BEWARE! More

Patti Burgess, our service advisor, had suggested I meet with Mike Becker when I told her we were staring to think about replacing my 13 year old Sonata. We set up an appointment with Mike and told him we weren't ready to buy for a couple of months, but since our personal circumstances and driving habits changed radically since retirement and our last car purchase 11 years ago we had a ton of questions. Mike gave us all the time we needed and answered all of our questions about new versus used, and different types of vehicles. He never tried to sell us, just answered our questions. He showed us how we could review their inventory on line, and get an express "all in" price a vehicle without having to talk with anyone or "haggle". I did that at home and "built" the car I wanted. The itemized price included all fees and taxes and came in at what Kelly Blue Book considered below "fair market value". I verified that the quoted price was correct and was very pleased that the price was good. I had a trade and was able to get the price I expected for it. When the new car was ready, Mike was very thorough showing us how to operate everything. Tim the business manager, was prepared and got us through the paperwork quickly. He offered additional services available but didn't push at all when we declined. I had done a lot of research on the vehicle and pricing and am very pleased with the vehicle and entire experience at Rosen. More

He was even willing to come in on his day off to assist as I was concerned about finding a car due to my lease ending. When I arrived, he was transparent, upfront and extremely helpful with my finance options. I drove away with my new Santa Fe! I would definitely recommend this dealership, especially Jared Shaw!
