He was great -- really friendly, knows his stuff and could answer all my questions, and has great sense of humor. I knew what I wanted, but due to the overwhelming popularity of the Elantra, I had to order my car and wait a few weeks. Greg checked in with me frequently,keeping me informed every step of the way. By the time I picked up my car, we were old buddies. When I picked up my car, Greg spent a lot of time showing me all the features of the car and even help me set up the Bluetooth. Setting up financing went really quickly (I can't remember the name of the finance manager but he was really great). I love my Elantra - and Rosen is a great place to buy one! More

Patrick the internet manager was the best. From the first email until we drove off in the car Patrick was gracious and accomidating to all of our needs.He also responded to all of my phone calls and emails i email until we drove off in the car Patrick was gracious and accomidating to all of our needs.He also responded to all of my phone calls and emails in a very timely manner. Patrick also took the time wheeling me around his parking lot in my wheel chair to make sure I was happy with my color choice, he then pulled up multiple cars to make sure I felt comfortable in the car. Patrick also took the time during my test drive to stand behind the car so I could see how the back up camera worked. He took the time to follow up with all of my thousands of questions with honesty and professionalism. This was my first hyundai and it will not be my last. Patrick also was very patient explaining my bluetooth system and my blue link, both of which are great. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. Patrick made the car buying experience enjoyable which is a rare thing. More
I am so happy that I went to Rosen, the sales staff was sooo helpful, my salesperson Jason Emery, dealt with my hundreds of questions and phone calls with ease and was always there for me. I took my Elantra in when it failed emissions testing, and was satisfied with the service. They pointed out that the power steering line was seeping and should be replaced. When I called to make the app and was satisfied with the service. They pointed out that the power steering line was seeping and should be replaced. When I called to make the appointment, I explained that I would need a loaner. The first appointment I could get with a loaner was more than a week away, but I gladly scheduled and waited. Meanwhile I got a nice coupon in the mail that would have saved me some money. Awesome! When I got there for my appointment, there were 4 cars ahead of me. It was 20 minutes before I even talked to a service writer. A little frustrating, this is gonna make me late for work. After waiting a week for the appointment and 20 minutes to talk to the service writer, I mentioned the loaner. He looks shocked and gets up to check a list. Then promptly tells me the loaner program was cancelled! Funny cuz a gentleman 3 cars in front of me left with one! I again told him I made the apt with the understanding that a loaner would be available. He has no explanation and the only suggestion he had was he could call Enterprise and I could rent a car. I was already late for work and frustrated. I left the dealership without the service and was late for work. What a frustrating way to start the day. While I had previously decided that any future work I needed would be done by Rosen, this experience might just change my mind. I wrote a letter to the dealership to complain and they didn't even care enough to respond! Great Customer Service! More
