My Dad was assisting me with buying a pre-owned Elantra. We were working with Joe who was very flexible with my needs. They didn't have the color I wanted with a sunroof. They actually went ahead and offered to throw in a sunroof. They expressed their sympathy with not having the vehicle I wanted on the lot. That's when Dan came into play and said they might possibly find the specific car I want if I'd allow their buyer a few days to look around for it. Needless they weren't able to find it but I admire their effort. With my horrible experience at McGraths I'm thinking about taking their offer with putting a sunroof on a different color car then I wanted. I feel better doing business with friendly, honest people that are willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More
I liked everything about this dealership, they were very friendly and no high pressure. I test drove about 4 cars with Mark who was knowledgeable about the product line and pointed out the different featur friendly and no high pressure. When I chose the car I liked I got a bottom line price on 2 options, new and used. Since Saturday was very busy, I liked that they let me leave a deposit to hold the car I wanted. They offered to let me take it home for a day if I wanted. I like that Hyundai's pricing is simple, 3 trim levels no options. I came back Monday to complete my transaction. I liked that they came and picked me up for my appointment since I didn't have a vehicle at that time. It took about 1.5 hours all together for them to prepare the paperwork and finish prepping my car. The finance person offered an extended warranty hadn't been mentioned on the first visit but the manager explained to me their reasons. I wasn't happy about getting this info at the end of the process because I hadn't researched and read up on this option and it was new for me. So I spoke to the manager about it. Once I understood I had a few days to make a decision about it, I was satisfied. Don't let this throw you as a consumer, and don't get mad at the finance person like I did. The extended warranty is totally up to you depending on whether you want the convenience of the roadside assistance etc. Buying a new car is a big decision, you are limited only in your time by how much research you want to do. Hyundai and Rosen made things very simple. I haven't used their service, but will do so soon and leave a rating. More

Working with Jared was absolutely wonderful. He's not your typical pushy salesman, which is very refreshing for a woman shopping for a new car. Although it took some time, Jared and Debrah were able to your typical pushy salesman, which is very refreshing for a woman shopping for a new car. So I walked in as was greeted by Frank. He is a salesman. I was in the market for an Hyundai Elantra. So he explained prices and options to me very thoroughly. So he pulled up the first car which was an Elantra, very basic. Exactly what I wanted. Then I said I wanted a different color. He pulled that car up as well. I decided I was to big for the Elantra and needed something with more space. So I asked him for a Sonata. He pulled that up next. I decided I didn't want this either, or the next car. But i liked the 6thh car he pulled up. He never was annoyed at my indecisiveness, he remained calm and patient with me. I felt bad for using so much of his time, but with in a couple of hours I was driving home a brand new Sonata. I honestly do not know how I got they prices they gave me, it was way under other dealers. It was a great feeling and experience. They have donuts and really good coffee in the showroom. 10 outta 10! Buy from Rosin you will not regret it. FRANK IS THE MAN! More

Mark was very personable, friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. He answered all my questions I had about the cars I was looking at and I did not feel pressured into buying something I would not be happy with, or felt like I was being pressed to make a decision right then and there. I am very happy that I went to Rosen Hyundai, and would definitely recommend this dealership. Plus, I love my car! Thank you very much! More
