This dealership has a great feeling from the minute you walk in the door. That's the truth having gone to another dealership and being treated terribly by pushy sales and finance people. Everyone at Rosen is friendly, pleasant and genuinely nice. I worked with Mark Rus and he was great at listening to what I was looking for and finding the vehicle I wanted. I did lots of research on line and was interested in the Tucson, in Chai Bronze. They didn't have one but did some searching and found the Tucson I was looking for within the price range I could work with. I also had the pleasure of chatting with other employees (Dominick and Ryan to name a few) who also made this a most pleasant experience. I have already been telling friends if they're looking for a car this is the place to go. Thanks to everyone for being so nice. More
In September 2011 we found ourselves needing another car since one of our older cars got rear-ended and was totalled. Since we already own a Santa Fe we decided to go to the Hyundai dealer we dealt with be since one of our older cars got rear-ended and was totalled. Since we already own a Santa Fe we decided to go to the Hyundai dealer we dealt with before which is Rosen in Algonquin, IL. When I, the wife, walked into the dealership alone I was greeted promptly and I told the salesman what I was looking for. They did not treat me as a woman who was just looking. The salesman and I took a few out and test drove them, but they only had one in stock and it was pretty basic. Not what I wanted. After about an hour, the dealership received delivery of new cars and only one was not earmarked for another customer. The one they had that was not earmarked was just what I wanted. Fully loaded Elantra Ltd and the price was not too bad. Everyone at Rosen was very helpful, our salesman was new to Rosen and if he did not know the answer to our questions, he brought someone over to assist. When my husband arrived, we bought the car and are very pleased with it. I have given Rosen a very high rating because they deserve it as you can see in my above statements. More
I purchased my new 2012 Sonata from Rosen and let me tell you this is the type of dealership that you can only dream of purchasing a car from. Mark Rus was who I worked with and he was great. He showed me several different trim lines and we test drove the car that I ended up purchasing. He explained the car's features and options very well. I got a great deal on the car and a fair price for my trade-in as well. When I forgot my garage door remote in my trade-in Mark offered to meet up with me to drop it off closer to my house to save me a trip! I would have never expected that kind of service these days! Everyone that I met that day from the sales manager to the finance guy were friendly and answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend you buy your next Hyundai from Rosen. More
Hyundai Sonata GLS pack2 Silver/grey: Rosen gave me the best quote over phone. I was busy at work and could not go same day. After almost 10 days I called and asked if they could honour that price and if t best quote over phone. I was busy at work and could not go same day. After almost 10 days I called and asked if they could honour that price and if they have a silver car. Yes for both. I was ready to close the deal same day. SO, I walked in that evening (I called before I started driving to make sure they have silver car again) and was assigned to Dave. Who greeted me well and asked what my quote was. No silver (which they said they had) and gave me a grey one for test drive. When I came back Dave asked me to wait while he finishes with other customer and finds a silver one for me. Diet coke+ 25 mins wait. First thing Dave wants to check is price. He said he can not do that price ,talk to Leena who left for the day and would call next morning. Next day I get an apology e-mail. I was not angry but surprised. If you decide just to pull me to dealership then sell me a car. Don't just waste time. 4 hrs of time, 2 Gallons of gas and disappointment. More
After looking at Honda, Toyota, Ford and another Hyundai dealer, I decided to check out Rosen Hyundai which was fairly close to home. I was interested in getting a new car to replace an 10 year old Hyundai dealer, I decided to check out Rosen Hyundai which was fairly close to home. I was interested in getting a new car to replace an 10 year old Hyundai and was looking for a good economical car to drive locally. I wasn't committed to any make, so I asked to drive both an Elantra and a Sonota to compare them. I was pleased to find out that both cars were very nice to drive, and very attractive to the eye and the wallet. However, it was up to my wife to decide, so I had her return for a test drive in both cars, and she really liked the looks and feel of the Elantra. Mark Rus helped make the visits extremely pleasant and put us at ease through the whole process. There was NO pushy sales effort, just a real interest in getting us the car and features that we wanted. With the Elantra model in such high demand, we had to settle on ordering the car we wanted. We were told the wait time may be four to six weeks, but Mark kept us informed and we were happy to find out that one came in less than two weeks later! We got the car we wanted and the trade-in value was just what we asked for. I would recommend Rosen and Mark Rus to any of my friends that are looking for a new car. More

She was convinced she wanted the Nissan Altima but agreed to look at the Sonata. We had a very bad experience with a salesman at Woodfield Nissan and I must say as a result my blood pressure was up and I was prepared to instantly walk if there were any games. Upon entering the dealership they were extremely busy and we were greeted by Jared Shaw (salesman) who was very polite. We requested to see a basic Sonata to simply get a feel for the car. Jared brought up a demo (which was fine) that he told us if we were interested in a Sonata that he could get us a very good price. I am not a fan of a demo as most ( I won't say all) managers etc do not respect the car and treat it like crap. We drove the car and my step daughter instantly fell in love with the Sonata. With knowing the Sonata was the vehicle of her choice Jared explained the options in each model of the Sonata and after reviewing the msrp's and the offer that was on the table with the demo it was clear the demo was a smart choice (demo had 3000 miles). With the price of the Sonata worked out it came time to agree on the trade in. We were tired and I told Jared exactly what I wanted for the trade in and if the request could not be met there would be no deal PERIOD!!!. The trade in was done and my requested price was met. I knew the financing rates for the Sonata and upon going into finance we were met by Robert who is the business manager. Robert was very polite (great sense of humor) and instantly dropped the rate by 2 percent when he saw my step daughters credit score (over 840) and the paperwork was signed and done. I am a huge car buyer and have purchased over 10 new cars in the last 2 years for myself and family. Out of every single purchase I have never received the level of courtesy, respect and not a single ounce of pressure from anyone in the dealership. This is the way to treat people. I highly recommend this Dealership if you are in the market for a new Hyundai or any vehicle. The level of service alone sold me on Hyundai and I personally am a huge Acura fan. Not anymore!!!! More
I highly recommend Rosen Hyundai. I recently bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I worked with Jason Perilli (sp). He is really nice and patient, he knows the product line well and he can answer all of 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I worked with Jason Perilli (sp). I researched this car and knew what I wanted and how much it cost. I had talked to many dealers on the internet before going to Rosen. Many of the other dealers did not want to move their units. On the other hand Jason and Dominick at Rosen wanted to sell a car and were extremely pleasant to work with. Rosen has a very professional staff! Jason spent a lot of time showing me all the features of the car and even help me set up the Bluetooth. Financing went really quick and without unduly pressure to buy all the add ons. (of course they have to try to sell you the add ons, its part of buying a car) If you want to buy a Hyundai, it is worth your while to visit Rosen and give them a chance to sell you a car. Do you research and go to Rosen. I will bet that you will drive home in a new car. They are that good. More
All people spoken to were knowledgable,friendly and believe in the product they are selling.
