I have always taken my car to Rosen for service. This time it took 2.5 hours to have a light bulb installed. I never was informed as to what was going on and i am a patient person. I also wanted my AC checked because there is no cold air and previously I was told to just bring my car in for its next service and the AC would be checked. When I brought my car in I was asked if I had planned on leaving it for 2-3 days because the AC is a closed system. No, I could not do that. So, next week it will be in the ninety's and I have no AC. This visit was truly disappointing. More

This is my second vehicle I had gotten from Rosen my sales person (Susie Car) awesome! Sales manager, I don’t remember his name, but Susie would call him Pokey? Lol him as well awesome manager.
