Better communication within the advisors please Been going here for the past 15 years, having bought 3 cars from them. Used to have great personable service advisors but the past 3 visits left me wondering what's going on with the department. They are always busy but too busy perhaps to really pay attention to your waiting times. Samantha was ok but advised me to pick up my serviced car at a certain time. Got there per her request only to find out she was on break. She did not endorse to any of her co-staff about my pick up. I ended up waiting almost another hour when I know my car was ready already. The only reason I think for the delay was the paperwork was not even ready yet. It took me a couple of times asking the other advisors to complete my transaction. They need to get better with this process so the wait times will be more efficient. I am not sure now if I want to return to All Star. Too bad. More

Remote starter install I bought a certified used Honda from Allstar Honda and purchased a remote start. Apparently they subcontract this service out for installation. Unit I bought a certified used Honda from Allstar Honda and purchased a remote start. Apparently they subcontract this service out for installation. Unit never function properly and ended up ruining the power window motor on the driver side. They were going to get a used motor out of a junk car, which is totally unacceptable. We had to go back twice to get it fixed at my expense for gas. More
