Best dealership & experience buying a car We drove 45 min to get to this dealership! And it was worth the drive, we had three kids with us - 7yo, 4yo & 2yo. Car buying is stressful in itself, but add on children and the experience is not for the meek. They have a designated area for kids and a waiting area that allowed us to play cartoons. We probably lucked out that day BC the service department was closed so no one was using the area. But we were still grateful that the remote was accessible for us to put in Disney. Now what we love about this dealership is how transparent they are with the purchase. The salesman helps you all in the beginning during the "negotiations" You don't get hit with the financial guy pressuring you to purchase Gap Insurance or a maintenance plan or mats etc. This is all done prior to sitting with the financial guy. Chris basically showed us our options & the first one didn't work, so he went back to the guy and adjusted our terms. Then he took off all the add-ons we didn't want. And we just had to sign the papers in the end. We loved it! So easy and transparent. We highly recommend this dealership & you can never go wrong with a Honda!!! More

Slipping a little for a long time customer I have purchased/leased four cars and serviced/maintained four cars at AllStar (formerly Boyland). I respect the quality work done. That said, this last visit I felt slipped a little in terms of my satisfaction. The cost has increasingly gone up over the years. 90,000 mile maintenance should no way be $500 plus, let alone $400 plus given a $100 discount. Also, usually attached is a “status report” indicating current wear on tires, brakes, etc. this time I was presented with none. Also like to get an assessment/summary of work performed. Just a cursory see you next time now pay the cashier. Suggest more attention to detail could go a long way. More
