Unplugged my O2 sensor and wanted me to buy replacement. I went in for replacement coolant, oil, and transmission fluid. When done, I got into my car and saw a new check engine light. They told me these things just go bad (true) and offered to replace it for $600. I protested that the likelihood that it failed in the 50 yards they drove it versus the 160,000 I have was low. Occam's Razor suggests something went wrong when they were doing maintenance in the vicinity. Further, last time I was here, they tried to sell me a $2000 airbag replacement, which I fixed my unplugging and plugging the airbag back in. However, they refused to check the wiring and sensor for me, insisting that it had failed and there was no reason to look. I went home, found the loosened plug, and pushed it back in. My check engine light cleared before I got to the end of my block. I will never return after 2 consecutive bad, and possibly exploitive, experiences. More
Excellent Service I went in to get a detailed cleaning on my car. I also asked what price it was to fix the scratches on the rims of my car and the guy said he found so I went in to get a detailed cleaning on my car. I also asked what price it was to fix the scratches on the rims of my car and the guy said he found someone to do it for $300. I told him that price was too much. When I went and grabbed my car, Honda All Star surprised me with a brand new rim job!!! For Free!!! Thanks and I appreciate it so much!!! More
