Get a second opinion ! Brought my car in for an A/c issue. Was told $1042.00 total for the repair and that my warranty was out as of 12/17. Also I was charged $130 for the diagnostic - was not told about when making the appointment. A/C not blowing cool air . I took my car to another garage -Not a dealer and the repair costed $94.00, I have bought 2 vehicles at this dealership and had all servicing done there. Not only was I mislead about the warranty I purchased- warranty 100,000/7 yr did not start the day I purchase the vehicle but when it but the vehicle was new ..I was not the original owner. Got 3 years and 89000 out of the 7/100,000. Always get a second opinion More
Great Experience After stopping at another dealership, where both the salesman and manager seemed dubious (if not oddly indifferent), we dropped into All-Star Honda. After stopping at another dealership, where both the salesman and manager seemed dubious (if not oddly indifferent), we dropped into All-Star Honda. The difference couldn't have been more striking. The salesman, Richard Aguilar, was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy, making us feel immediately comfortable. We test drove two CR-Vs, and then sat down to negotiate price on the one we wanted. In an effort to be as transparent as possible, Richard showed us the Carfax information including service record and fair market value of the vehicle. At no time did we feel pressured, but rather, he worked with us to find a fair deal. Haggling over a used car is never fun, but Richard made it as close to a pleasurable experience as possible. When the time comes, I will surely purchase my next car from Richard at All-Star Honda, and in the meantime, will encourage my friends to stop there first when looking for their next car. More

They sent a text offering a $10 oil change the same day I happened to be in Franklin, so I called asking if it was possible to get the oil change that afternoon. An hour and a half later, I was on my way home after receiving polite service and even a car wash! More

Everything worked out in the end, but it took some work! We have leased vehicles from All-Star for many years. I didn't want to spend hours and hours at the dealership, so I tried to do as much as I could on We have leased vehicles from All-Star for many years. I didn't want to spend hours and hours at the dealership, so I tried to do as much as I could online. That didn't seem to help. When we showed up for a test drive, the sales person knew nothing about our appointment or our specific needs. When they tried to find information on our lease, they were unsuccessful, even though we leased it at All-Star and financed through Honda Financial. Very confusing. That all happened on a Saturday. We thought we'd hear back from the sales person later that day, but evidently he got busy with other customers. We didn't hear anything until Tuesday. When I expressed dissatisfaction and said I would take my business elsewhere, I suddenly started getting great service. Unfortunately, they sold the car we wanted not long before we worked out everything. We got the same car but in a different color. I was a little irked that they sold the other one out from under us. But--we did end up getting a good deal and were able to get the car on Tuesday evening. So far, we've been very happy with our decision. Jeff was very knowledgable and helpful about the initial car set-up. He spent a lot of time with us and we were happy with how things worked out. But All-Star-the automated e-mails you send out are goofy! We got an e-mail saying we missed our appointment while we were sitting with the sales person! And we got a congratulations on your new car e-mail while we were still at the dealership arranging the lease. The e-mails were obviously sent automatically and the sales person seemingly had nothing to do with them. Christine Huerta was excellent in helping us with the financing paperwork. More
