Needed scheduled maintenance & tire pressure light was on and one of the tires was losing air so that needed to be checked. Was just outside my original manufacturers warranty by about 400 miles so I thought and one of the tires was losing air so that needed to be checked. Was just outside my original manufacturers warranty by about 400 miles so I thought I'd have to pay and was worried about the expense but found we'd purchased a tire package which included repairing the tire for only $30 & the tire rotation was no charge which was immensely helpful! Kevin was great and kept me updated as he learned things from the tech and I was out in the 2 hr promised time frame. Then he told me about their new VIP rewards program where I can earn up to $1,500 off my next car from them...sold! I was a very satisfied customer when I left there today! More
Robert went above and beyond to help service our vehicle. Had a windshield replaced and he went out of his way to take care of the communication and handling of the situation to make it as easy as possible. Visited All Star to get an appraisal on my vehicle. My keys and title were taken from me immediately. The person I was working with went outside to look over my car at least 4 times but suspiciously only keys and title were taken from me immediately. The person I was working with went outside to look over my car at least 4 times but suspiciously only 1 mile was put onto it. I was told some garbage about its cosmetic imperfections and then offered a lowball price. I said "No thank you" and the person I was speaking with (he did not introduce himself to me but I did some research online and discovered his name is Jake) became combative. I asked for my keys and title back (he was hiding them in another room away from me, why? I was sitting at a desk the whole time) and I left. Don Jacobs Toyota (down the road from All Star) gave me a written appraisal (I was not offered this at All Star) that is valid for 1 week. They also were not aggressive and did not make any lame comments about my vehicle (again, like All Star was/did). I purchased my vehicle brand new some years ago so I am its only owner and I know I have taken excellent care of it. Don't ever feel pressured or intimidated in a dealership. Do your research and trust your gut. Walk out when it doesn't feel right! Also, ride along with the person who wants to look over your vehicle! You may think you can trust dealership employees but if you leave your vehicle with a stranger, you may regret it. More
