2 hours I had an appointment and still waited for 2 hours to tighten a bolt that was loose on my rear wiper. The place was swamped with just drive ins and not enough people to write the orders up. The air was not working in waiting room so waited in the garage for my vehicle. To warm in waiting room. This is the second time I had to bring in a 2016 for the same problem. Could have been better service if they would take care of people by appointment. Why make an appointment? 45k service Forrest, the service advisor, was friendly and helpful. He went through the service to be completed, as well as setting a clear time for pickup. He ev Forrest, the service advisor, was friendly and helpful. He went through the service to be completed, as well as setting a clear time for pickup. He even asked if I wanted the car washed without me bringing it up. He called when the car was ready, went through all of the services performed as well as letting me know how the inspection turned out. The only feedback I have is that my tires were not inflated enough (33 psi - max is 44), and this tripped the sensor on my way to Chicago for work the next day. Despite this, I would definitely consider coming back due to the great experience Forrest provided. More

Very frustrating and disappointing I've been a customer of All-Star for years, but I won't return after my most recent experience. They made a major error that put me in danger on the road. It also caused me inconvenience and added expense since I was unexpectedly without a vehicle for over 24 hours. They were slow in responding to my initial call about the problem. After my vehicle was repaired, I noticed another small mistake that had been made which will require another trip to the dealership. I called to express my disappointment and frustration with the entire situation, and had to leave a message. That was a week ago, and there's been no response. It's clear they don't value me as a customer, and that they didn't take this situation seriously. More
