Buying a new 2018 Civic I was going to go to 4 Honda dealerships in my area to see which one would be the best business to sell me a new Civic. All star was my third of four I was going to go to 4 Honda dealerships in my area to see which one would be the best business to sell me a new Civic. All star was my third of four visits for this vehicle. It was fairly easy for the sales department, because I knew my year, make, model, color, and most options I wanted! I met Jeffrey Beardsley, sat down and he was able to answer every question I had and then some. An hour or so later I told him I has one more location to visit, and then I would be making a decision. Turns out I never went to my last dealership because after thinking about my All Star visit, I don't think the final location could compare to the friendly, courteous, NO pressure, low price, and extra options they included in the car I was interested in! So I drove back to finish the deal. I wasn't ready to drive the vehicle home at that time, but Jeffrey offered to drive it home for me to save me another trip back. Just something they did not have to do, but shows their thoughtfulness. I was treated very well, and I would see Jeffrey again if another sale came up. I can't comment on the service department yet. Still to soon for my first oil change, but if it follows the sales department protocol, I'll have nothing to worry about! More
