A helping hand Saturday morning before Labor Day I hit a pothole in my Volvo. I took it in and I told him I need to get this fixed ASAP because I'm going to for a long drive for the holiday weekend. They told me they wouldn't be able to get to it it before Tuesday so they gave me a loaner. I got a call Tuesday afternoon that my sway bar end links broke, they had them fixed by Wednesday morning and was able to pick up my car and I drove like new. Being so helpful in a time of need I greatly appreciate their time and their convenience. More

I needed a car but didn't want the hassle of the negotiation, back and forth and the haggling. My salesman was Jeff Beardsley. He never talked down to me. He asked about what I wanted and he chose a great car for me! Honda Accord Sport. It has all the technology I can handle, looks great and drives fantastic. Jeff was patient with me about how to use all the technology and where all the buttons were. I've had Honda cars before and thought I wanted something different this time - NOPE. I can't believe it's mine! More

Jeff is a warm, friendly, funny guy so really enjoy I can't say enough about our salesman Jeff Beardsley and our overall experience at All-Star Honda. Jeff is a warm, friendly, funny guy so really enjoyable to work with. He's also incredibly knowledgeable about the products he sells. We came in already well informed about the CR-V, with our trim package predetermined, but he showed us the features in complete detail and I quickly realized I didn't know so much after all! Jeff is honest and forthright and while he is obviously excellent at sales, he's also clearly trustworthy. Our test drive was fantastic: first Jeff demonstrated everything himself, and then he guided each of us as we took turns driving. He did a fantastic job making sure we ended up with the color we wanted, and arranged an excellent deal on the price. Our time with Rene Nungaray, the finance manager, was also fast and painless. After we bought the car, Jeff spent another ~45 minutes with us setting up our cell phone and all the other settings in the car, and going over every single detail we asked about. We know we will have an excellent ongoing relationship with All-Star and make good use of their MVP rewards card and free car washes. I can't recommend them and especially Jeff enough! More
