Poor service from parts dept and service dept. Ordered chrome step bar from Rick in parts on Monday October 1 for my 2014 Pilot. When my Pilot came out it had a black step bar. At no time during was the right part confirmed with me. I have had poor service in the past trying to get the correct air bag sensor when I owned a 2006 Ridgeline. It took 3 visits to get the right part. I WILL NEVER USE allstar AGAIN. More

SHAME ON YOU All Star Honda not performing work promised!! Very upset with service department. This is the 2nd time we went to All star Honda for tire rotation and oil change and this is the 2nd time they said Very upset with service department. This is the 2nd time we went to All star Honda for tire rotation and oil change and this is the 2nd time they said they did the work BUT THEY DID NOT!! We mark our tires because this has happened before to our daughter and wondered why her tires were wearing funny and she needed new tires so soon. Every time she went for tire rotation, they never rotated her tires but charged her for it. So we thought we would mark all our rims with a center punch and keep track ourselves. Well come to find out, Rosen Kia and All star Honda are both dishonest. How do we know if they changed the oil and did all the other things we are being charged for. I guess next time we go with cameras on our cars just to make sure our vehicles are getting serviced properly. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! More
