Great service for an emergency I was visiting Milwaukee and my Mother in Law picked us up at the airport. As soon as we drove away, there were problems with the car handling and el I was visiting Milwaukee and my Mother in Law picked us up at the airport. As soon as we drove away, there were problems with the car handling and electrical system. Luckily, we made it to All Star Honda where Tim DeLord took care of us. He and the All Star team were awesome. Found out a defective spark plug was the problem. He took time to explain to my 81 YO Mother in law what thw problem was and what they were going to do. A half hour later i had to find him and said he had to figure my coupons. My drivers side vanity mirror had come hanging down and the wires were showing. He said i had to come in the next morning when you open and have a new mirror put on. I told him no way as i was leaving first thing in the morning for Minnesota to visit my son, and would not be back until the end of the month. He came to me a little later and said my mirror had been fixed and i would not need to return. More

Multiple concerns. I had creaky window issues from day one and it was easily fixed with grease. Key fob was not working, so a new key was cut. Gas gauge had not been working, but diagnosis revealed nothing. Only thing is that the gauge still goes out intermittently. I need to have it rechecked. All was under warranty, so I was not charged.
