Fixing a mistake the service department made I have had nothing but problems at this dealership. I brought my car in for an oil change and new breaks. I sat in the waiting room for 2.5 hours befo I have had nothing but problems at this dealership. I brought my car in for an oil change and new breaks. I sat in the waiting room for 2.5 hours before I was told they didnt have the parts they needed, even though this was a scheduled appointment. Was sent home with a rental. The next day I picked up my car and my automatic car started clicker was missing. At first the manager, Ashley, was great and told me she would take care of it. Then shortly after stopped communicating to me how the problem was going to be solved and never returned my phone calls. I had to have a sale representative talk to the service department since they weren't answering me. Three months later they got me in to fix the problem and the manager just dumped the problem on other people to take care of me, she never followed up. There has been problems before, but this is the last straw for me, I wont be going back. More
