Horrible I waited a ridiculous amount of time to drop off my key as it was busy so I left to take my daughter to work and came back. It was still busy and I was assigned to Tim so apparently NO ONE else could take my key. I was told that at 45000 there is usually a brake service completed. I asked to have the all point inspection completed for my oil change and would decide then if something was needed. I left my car there 24 HOURS. When I returned the statement said I needed transmission flush and brake service. I purchased the car from ALL STAR 3 months prior and only put 4K in the vehicle so I found it hard to believe this was necessary. Tim was busy and we were told to wait. After 30 minutes he came in and said the services were not necessary indicating to me this wasn’t even initially checked! I then complained abt the ridiculous wait time and he said people came in without appts which doesn’t really matter to me. Especially since I had a 10am appt and had left my car there an entire day for an oil change. He did give $15 off oil change; however this type of customer service is completely unacceptable! Very disappointed in your service center and NO I would NEVER recommend to ANYONE! I don’t even know if I will buy another HONDA. Love the service of Hyundai right next door. More
Good experience with service (Chris Cintron) Chris Cintron is a helpful service advisor. He got my recall problem fixed in a timely manner. Tim Delord is a wonderful asst service manager I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV at All Star and it vibrated, I took it to Tim and he first fixed the vibration while at a stop light in Idle. I got it back and noticed a vibration on low speed and accelerating, took it back again, I was ready to give it back, but Tim Delord fixed it and now I am so happy with it. Hopefully I will have no more problems with this car. I was not real happy with the salesman I had because this thing with the 2015 Honda CRV's should be fixed before they try and sell it. He was very nice and tried to help, but I really think that the salesmen should know their inventory better. More
