Two cars down Service was excellent. Dropped off one of my cars for a recall and that same day my second car broke down. Even though it was not a Honda they told me Service was excellent. Dropped off one of my cars for a recall and that same day my second car broke down. Even though it was not a Honda they told me to have it towed there and they would fix it too. They also setup to have the shuttle come and pick up my family while I waited for the tow. They also Gave me a loaner til both were repaired. They saved the day! More

Needed a new tire I love Allstar Honda and I will remain a loyal customer. I had to get my tire replaced and the price of the new tire and work performed were great and I love Allstar Honda and I will remain a loyal customer. I had to get my tire replaced and the price of the new tire and work performed were great and so was the service advisor! What I am not too happy about is that I was also quoted almost $16 to replace the battery in my key fob... that it’s outrageous! I did it myself for $6 (2 pack) and it took me Less than 2 minutes to change the battery. That process needs to change. Being the loyal customer that I am, and I’m sure many others, that should be done at the cost of the battery and swapped out for free. I rated the price below 5 stars for the pricing of the tire. More

I had been looking around at vehicles recently in h I came to All-Star Honda due to the proximity of their location but also from the reviews as well. I had been looking around at vehicles recently in hopes of leasing a new car before the worst of winter rolls around. My previous car was an ‘06 and needless to say, was in rough shape. It was also basic...everything. Right when I arrived on Saturday morning I was greeted at the door and brought over to Rico’s desk to begin conversation of why I was there. The whole process went very smooth from discussing what I was looking for to things I was not interested in. I immediately was impressed with how Rico approached the situation. I’ve never had a ‘new car’, specifically anything with the technology and features that are included with a lot of today’s vehicles. Before we even stated the car up, I was informed about a lot of the amazing technology that would come in and with the civic coupe sport that I was interested in. Once out on the road, I was put at ease with being able to use the features that had been previously described. This to me was helpful; at other dealerships I was just given the keys and felt lost out on the road, afraid to touch anything because I didn’t know what specific buttons meant. Once we returned to the dealership we had a nice chat about finances and pricing. The sales manager came over to discuss negotiations and they were able to work with me and we came to an agreeable price. I was impressed bc I initially wasn’t going to get a vehicle that day and the original price they listed was way out of my budget. I preferred to not put a lot of money down so we ended up coming to a nice compromise for a monthly cost. I never felt pressured to sign and both employees were patient with my questions and time I needed to process the information. After we wrapped everything up I was told to make sure to ask any questions and to call or email at any time. A follow up call a few days later was a nice touch to see how things were going. I highly recommend Rico & the All Star ‘cast’ of employees. More
