Outstanding service Although I ended up buying a car at another dealer, I wanted to put a good word in for Chris Williams! Trying to buy a car while working 10 hours Although I ended up buying a car at another dealer, I wanted to put a good word in for Chris Williams! Trying to buy a car while working 10 hours a Day is very challenging. But with the internet and text messaging I was able to communicate with many dealers in my search. Chris stood out to me! He was very helpful in answering my questions and quick with his responses! I felt that selling cars to him is about the people and not just a sale! Even though I never got to meet in person I spoke on the phone with him to apologize for missing an appointment to meet and look at a car he had for sale. He was very understanding when I told him I was buying the car I first wanted to look at! Lower miles was the main reason for that decision.
