Long time customer I have been dealing with "Boyland Honda" now "All Star Hond" since 2006. I bought a car from Jerry Lewis in 2008 and just purchased another car from I have been dealing with "Boyland Honda" now "All Star Hond" since 2006. All Star Honda cares about their customers and work with them in in obtaining the vehicle that want and not what they can get. More

Never had a bad experience I have always received great service at All Star Honda. I would say the only thing that could use improvement is how a customer service representative I have always received great service at All Star Honda. I would say the only thing that could use improvement is how a customer service representative greets a customer pulling their car in for service. These CSR are the first impressions, any available representative should always greet the customers with a smile and how can I help you today. It would be my experience watching that often it is the customer who speaks first. Pardon me if this sounds cliche but I believe it is more of a generational thing more and more young people are losing the social skills that are needed in these job positions. Other than that I have never had a bad experience. I also have to add the last complimentary car wash I received when my vehicle was complete looked great (my truck is black) I could see the boys put in some extra effort as most all of the water spots were gone. Great job everyone 😉 More
