Maintenance I own two Honda’s, 2016 Accord and 2016 CRV. Both have been regularly serviced at All Star Honda. The service department has gone straight downhill for years! The advisors act as if they are being bothered when you arrive. They are not at all knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. The techs are sloppy and have had destroyed my rims and lugs from tire rotations. I will be moving in a week to Northwest Indiana and hope the Honda dealership in Merrillville is better. More

Outstanding I went to the dealership for one thing ,but on the wY there the number 4 also appered, so chris, said that has to get done the other things can get do I went to the dealership for one thing ,but on the wY there the number 4 also appered, so chris, said that has to get done the other things can get done later, also my car would take longer. So i would not be inconvinced, they let me use a loaner while they had my car. I really appreciate and give chris a big thank you for the great customer service. I higjly recommend Honda service department. Ive had my car for over two years and my car has been kept up. And there are honest and dont tecommend things you dont need. Only what needs to be done. 🤗 im very happy with the service department keep up the good work. More

Oilpan Found the oil pan drain plug stripped. Did not try to fix instead bought new oil pants cost was almost 600 dollars.had to drain oul pan before taking Found the oil pan drain plug stripped. Very long waiting for minimal service I waited nearly two hours for an oil change on a Saturday morning that didn’t appear particularly busier than normal. It was recommended that I should I waited nearly two hours for an oil change on a Saturday morning that didn’t appear particularly busier than normal. It was recommended that I should have also had my tires rotated, but after inspection the technician didn’t believe I needed that service yet. Their honesty is the reason I awarded two stars instead of one. Now after my oil change, I’m getting messages in my vehicle about an emissions system issue (I wasn’t getting this message prior to my appointment) so now I have to go back and diagnose the new issue as well.
