Service center is very unorganized This is the second time I have taken my car in for service in the last month and both times it took 3 days to complete the service. Both times I was t This is the second time I have taken my car in for service in the last month and both times it took 3 days to complete the service. Both times I was told the service would be done by the end of the day. At one point I called and the car was ready, but the tech could not locate the keys. If the administration side of the service center is so unorganized, I have to assume the work being done is substandard as well. I had an appointment to get my oil changed this week and canceled it because of the poor service at All-Star. I suppose I'm so disappointed because their service used to be fantastic. More

Oil change I came in for an oil change. The service dept greeted me, told me how long the oil change would take about an hour since they give the vehicle an all I came in for an oil change. I then proceeded to the waiting area and in about an hr the oil change was complete on my CRV and I was on my way. It was a very pleasant experience. More

Although I did not purchase my car from All Star Honda, it was suggested by the independent dealership I purchased from and I’ve always been very sati Although I did not purchase my car from All Star Honda, it was suggested by the independent dealership I purchased from and I’ve always been very satisfied. Honestly, I continue to bring my car here, even though I’ve moved and now live an additional 45 mins away. All of the staff is very helpful, my only reason for scoring lower on customer service and friendliness is due to the person I spoke with when making the appointment. It wasn’t that she wasn’t friendly, but her overall attitude was less than stellar. By comparison of the others I’ve worked with, she was subpar. That said, it might’ve just been a bad day and I’ll continue to use ASH. More
