Full disclosure: my wife and I prefer a test drive that does not include the salesperson, but Chris was informative without overdoing it and was conversational without being annoying. After some back and forth, we did arrive at a price that was agreeable. All in all, working with Chris was a real positive. Our experience ended with the financial guy, named Joe. My wife and I agreed: that was the fastest- read “best” - paperwork portion of any car deal we’ve ever had. Bless you, Joe. One item to note: I guess you give kudos to the internet salesperson who got us to drive 90 miles to the dealership, but both my wife and I felt what she offered us was misleading. It’s never an easy start when what you have in front of you has zero chance of being honored, and maybe it was on us for not reading the tiny print, but that was something we had to work past, Chris as well. Guess it worked, because we leased the car, but we were close to walking away. More
Poor service Was given a quote over the phone for tires.. was told all in under $500. I said this includes everything. Told yes. Well that is not what happen. Also was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. At 2 hours I had to ask how much longer. Was told they were just starting the ailment. The I watch the 3 guys on there phones chit chatting with each other as my car was not being worked on. More

The struts i purchased at honda in rhinelander were after market struts. Which all star honda nixed at my last visit when i was told i needed new front struts. Why???? More

Hard working repairs to older Accord Brooke and Tony Very patient, understanding and courteous with my 07 Accord hybrid repair. Issue with check engine light, got it fixed then had to adjust once more after light on. They used Honda tech, advised me on options got me a loaner, and were understanding of the situation. They persevered over challenging repair on my accord with 209k miles. Thank you! More

I had to make a special trip back to find out where it was. That was the service technician 's fault. He said he thought I would return for it. That is NOT courtesy service.!!!! I shouldn't have to check everything to see if things were done right. More
