It was a horrible experience for the 2nd time Service desk staff are disappointing and try to get you to pay for service you are not suppose to pay for, my wife went there for oil change she told Service desk staff are disappointing and try to get you to pay for service you are not suppose to pay for, my wife went there for oil change she told them it should be covered by the extended warranty i have purchased they kept denying till i called them very upset and guess what all the sudden they found it in the system, maybe the coverage was hiding 🤔 anyway i will never ever go back to this location Still waiting for the refund !!!!! The shuttle driver at All Star that day was Jerry. He went out of his way to drive me back to my home, very near downtown Milwaukee, and then call me about three hours later to make sure my meeting was finished and to return to pick me up. MVP Card The customer comes first! I got an MVP card for my purchase and was told I can use it towards service, parts and etc. I came in for a recent visit and The customer comes first! That isn't fair as a customer it is bad business to tell the customer a gift card with no expiration is no longer valid. I don't trust Honda anymore!. More
