All-Star Honda is totally different operation. I was directed to All-Star Honda through an employee discount program. My first contact was with Melissa who called me and verified the price and answered all my questions. Melissa kindly listened to my story of past problems and not only assured me that I would receive the price quoted, she checked a different program and dropped the price a bit more. Melissa scheduled an appointment with a sales person, Richard Aguilar. My wife and I went to All-Star on a Friday to meet our salesperson. Richard was a delight. No pressure, well-informed, honest answers and complete transparency about price and availability. Plus he gave us a great restaurant recommendation. They did not have the car we wanted on site but initiated a dealer search for us. We wanted the base 2015 Accord Hybrid in a light color. We completed the purchase contract that night and the search was on. All-Star has a policy of adding three dealer options (all-weather floor mats, splash guards and trunk tray) to all their vehicles for $433. They agreed that they would not install them as the car was coming from a different dealer-this was my request. In a week they found a car that met our criteria and we came in for delivery. Richard had everything ready for us and tailored his delivery process to what we needed. The price of $25,913 was exactly what we agreed upon (MSRP $30,125). Finally, we were ready to meet the closing/finance guy. This can be the most miserable portion of any car buying experience. We met John Gil, who made this the most pleasant car finance/closing we have ever had. Sure he offered us an extended warranty. But it was informational rather than a hard sell. No nonsense, efficient and very respectful. We were through the process in a very reasonable time. We cannot say enough about the way we were treated. Go see Richard and the team at All-Star Honda and if you buy, have John do your closing. More

My sales person, Marta, showed me what I thought I wanted. Turned out I was really more suited to a smaller car. My car drives beautifully and looks great and gets great milage. Marta was intuitive and could see that I kept on looking at one particular car,, trying to make up my mind. She had the patience to work with me and also had great knowledge about the all the options that technology can give you in today's market. All Star Honda has the prices, sales people and great selection we are looking for in today's car shopping experience. I would definetely recommend this dealership. More
