I would like to commend Richard Aguilar, Chris Williams and Mark Wade for assisting me for hours on end during this process. They were able to close the deal leaving no questions unanswered and no doubt in my mind that buying my vehicle was the right decision. Richard still follows up with me on questions I have in setting up certain things on my dash. I also went in for some touch ups and an oil change. Again, I was treated most professionally by the service staff. I would like to also commend Tim DeLord in the service department for answering my questions and concerns. They always wash my vehicle when they are finished and wipe it down beautifully. They put mats down on the floor keeping it really clean. I am totally impressed with the professionalism here and look forward to keeping in touch with my new "auto family" from time to time. More

I vetted and compared the Accord, Crosstour and CRV. They were patient providing pros and cons of each, test drives and very transparent pricing. What impressed me most was that they did not tell me which model was best for me but provided objective information and support so I could make the decision according to my needs and preferences. All staff were timely, kept me informed and followed through on everything promised. Information provided was consistent and the entire transaction well-coordinated.
