I had been searching for a car for a few months, but left different dealers because of the high pressure, and obvious tactics. Bill and Mario did everything they could to make it a pleasant experience. I already had my financing arranged, but they were able to get me financing 2.1 % lower than what I had been offered! Even though my purchase was not a new car, but a low mileage used, I feel like I have a NEW car. Thank you, everyone at All-Star! I will definitely tell all of the great deal I got! More
Stereotypical Car Salesmen I set up a test drive with two SUVs on truecar.com at this dealership, my girlfriend and I were doing research to see what size would work best for us I set up a test drive with two SUVs on truecar.com at this dealership, my girlfriend and I were doing research to see what size would work best for us. The salesmen was very quick to run a credit check and appraise the value of our trade in, before we even looked at the SUVs. During the test drive the salesman didn't know trim packages, what features were included, he didn't know the MPG, and didn't sell us on either SUV. Once the test drives were over it immediately turn into a finance meeting, he kept going back and forth to his "manager" to get us "lower" prices on the vehicles. He then low balled us on trade in value by $1300 and tried to tell us that they were giving us a deal. We told him that we weren't interested in either vehicles, this is when his "manger" stepped in and offered us lower rates on a loan we didn't want. At this point my girlfriend walked out with our daughter and sat in the car. I stayed and listen to more offers, laughed to myself and watched the desperate attempts of two poor car salesmen trying to take advantage of a young couple. They would walk away to the middle desk and whisper to each other and then come back with offers to get us to buy today. Another car salesmen asked for the keys of the vehicle saying he has a customer that wanted to test drive it, yet he wasn’t working with anyone at the time… At one point the manager got on the loud speaker and made a vague comment about closing a deal with us. I have a sales background, know the value of our trade in, and what to expect for financing these two were clearly trying to take advantage of us. More

Trade in valued low by them, and coincidentally, the car they were selling seemed to be valued high compared to research id done. Games also then played with the price, and agreements that were made on price were suddenly retracted when getting me back in the door. Finally, a gift card was sent to me out of the blue months later after the purchase....with no money/available balance on it. I emailed my original salesperson about it, she said she'd check into it, and never heard back. Overall, the worst car buying and dealer experience ive ever had. I have gone out of my way to tell my customers who may be looking at Hondas not to even consider All Star. More

Recently, I was approached about a trade in, and while initially I was lukewarm about it; I did decide to trade for a pre certified 2013 Honda Accord. I am so thrilled with this new vehicle and the many improvements in the Accord over the 3 years between these 2 models. I am particularly taken with the safety features. However, even as importantly, has been my experience with the entire staff at All Star. There was no high pressure; in fact, the car sold itself. What I did appreciate was the time taken to show me the many accessories available on this model, the time taken with me through all of it, up to my decision to trade. I was also assisted with financing, (and felt heard when I spoke about what I could afford). I am most pleased with my trade in offer and the extended warranty I was able to get on the 2013. This dealership represents Honda most professionally and now has my loyalty! More

I went online to Allstar and made an offer and filled out a credit application. Three sales people contacted me claiming they can make the loan. A mark indicated he needed more information from capital one and he would call me back. This was on Friday February 12th. mark never called me back. I received an email from makemydeal.com claiming allstar gave me a counter offer in which I responded to by email and accepted. Their sales woman calls me and says the car has been sold and knew nothing of my conversation with make and would have her manager call me. They never called me back. This is a week later and I still have no car and no loan. All three representatives had no clue what the last rep. said to me. Mark told me he was confident he could do the loan subject to looking at my trade in but never calls me back. In the meantime they send me a notice they accepted my offer but the sales person knows nothing of the email and says the car is sold. More

Jeff had ask me several times if I want a slice of pizza he was very concern. Even though I spent several hours there Jeff made me feel at ease. I love my new car and I know that all-star will continue to have my service in the future. More
