Help with car settings and service I stopped in today to buy oil, was informed my Mvp card was no longer valid, I had over around $150.00 on the card, I asked the service tech if he cou I stopped in today to buy oil, was informed my Mvp card was no longer valid, I had over around $150.00 on the card, I asked the service tech if he could tell me how to put the back up sensor on , he said to make a appointment for service , it must be broke they don't go off, I spoke with Chis Williams on the way out , he not only told me how to do it, he took me to a car in the show room and showed me. He did a great job of handling the scheduling of my appointment and directed me to the correct department for further questions I had. These questions were answered promptly. When I arrived Alex took care of me and my cars needs from start to finish. He did a great job of explaining my options. As well as giving me a reasonable timeline of what to expect of my cars maintenance needs for the near future. Alex and the rest of the staff were great and very friendly. More

MVP card Apparently an ownership change after buying a car in June 2019. Was given an MVP card with 150 dollars on it. Informed it is no longer valid. New owne Apparently an ownership change after buying a car in June 2019. Was given an MVP card with 150 dollars on it. Informed it is no longer valid. New owner would not take it either and blamed old owner. Got a discount on an oil change to compensate. If it wasn’t for Mario in sales I would have never recommended this place and now even his skill can’t overcome the new owner not taking the 150. Read on BBB that he offered to take 150 off a new car. Don’t need a new car when you just bought a new one. Some offer More
