Misleading I had a service warranty refund and was told I would get it in the mail come to find out they snuck it into the deal. Caught in steeling parts -Upper Managment Involved I had done major service on this location on my Honda Odyssey back on August 2016. I paid for full amount and brought the van Home. While checking, I found some dirt on my dash board compartment which holds one of the air filter. I tried to open the compartment but it was not opening. I immediately (with in 30 minutes) take the van to service department and asked them about it. They told me that it was like that they are not able to open it. I asked them why I was not informed on the spot and why the filter was not installed, they told me they forgot to tell me. I asked them how you get forget something which I have paid already. They charged me for the filter but it was never installed as they could not open the compartment. When I went and talk to service manager, he seems to be looking drunk and had a very bad behavior. I am not sure why such a big multination company can put such type person on this position. I have been serviced my Hondas on this location since they started the business but I will avoid them in the future. This Honda location can’t be trusted (no use to talk to the management) for sure so be careful with them. More

Had Three Different Sales People Don't like the idea of salespeople asking me if I'm married. Felt passed around like I've been used by salespeople. Don't like the idea All-Star making me buy a car with all the intended accessories and the high price dealer service fee of $330.00. Wish sales people had better Honda product knowledge and I really don't need to meet the business manager either. I just want to buy a car without all the extras. Just wish it could be a better experience for me the customer. Dealership bathrooms are dirty and unsanitary (at least the men's room was) and dealership facilities are looking rough around the edges, like rusted service doors. More

I went to this place so happy to actually buy a car and I ended up so dispointed that I literally cannot imagine how this places even does business still. I was treated so bad by the manager and the employees there. My father wanted to buy my sister a car for her birthday and the manager kept telling him that it is the law in Wisconsin to actually have my sister as a cosigner when in fact all he wanted to do was buy her a gift. My sister was so happy that day because my dad was going to actually get her a new car but ended up so disappointed because the manager Mark kept saying that he could not sell us the car because she needs to be in the contract as well. Is it really illegal to want to buy a car for your own daughter?! This dealer did not want our business. They select their customers especially when you tell them where you are from. We were really treated ad we were commiting a crime for wanting to buy a car as a present. I went to this dealer because it's so close to my home and it was convinient for me but I was obligated to go where they actually appreciated my business and did not send me away in the way this dealer did. Horrible Horrible Horrible experience. I could never recommend to anyone. More
DO NOT GO HERE If I could I would rate this dealership 0 stars. I just went into the dealership TODAY and now I'm writing this review. Like anybody purchasing a car ($25,000) Honda Civic EX-T we do our research. This is one of the dealerships that are "TRUEcar certified" I put it in quotes because this whole process was a joke. I went to the dealership because their internet sales department (Michael Singleton) a "Client Care Specialist" here (email is msingleton@allstarhonda.com) gave me a really good out the door price on the civic. So I come in and instantly find no one to talk to after walking around the dealership for 5 minutes (terrible sales people). They pull up the TRUEcar certification and one of the business managers comes back to me and says "OH we made a $1,000 mistake on this TRUEcar quote". Have no idea how this could of happened. It was completely THEIR mistake and they wouldn't even own up to it and honor the deal with integrity. "That's not how we do business the guy tells me" So at this point I should of just walked right out but I am understandable that mistakes DO happen (even though they should of honored it). Business manager Mark Wade goes on to tell me how he worked in retail for a long time and he would of never given a customer that price if they were wrong. Not sure what retail place he worked for but I guess he's never heard of the statement "The customer is always right" I could go on and on about how I had to wait for a really long time for everything (They were so slow - probably doing in on purpose - most time I have ever waited in a dealership mind you). Mark Wade goes on to say they are "busy" when there's 5-6 guys up at the front desk laughing and telling jokes to each other - pathetic. DO NOT GO HERE! Fair warning. I also told them that I want to talk to Jerry (the head of the dealership) was told "Okay he will be here in 5-10 minutes". Waited 20 minutes and after that point I got tired of everything and just walked out. I would of honestly bought a car TODAY but they just lost out on a $25,000 sale - their loss. More
Thieves and Liars! I bought my car here without incident a couple months ago, and returned recently due to a leak in my tire. Preparing for the worst (i.e. a leak in the wall which would require a replacement tire) I made sure the bag containing the wheel lock keys for my Civic was in my glove box. Luckily for me the source of the problem was a nail in the tread, so I just needed a plug. A few minutes after leaving the shop I discovered that the aforementioned bag had disappeared from my glove box, and called in to find out what had happened/set up a time for me to pick them up. The staff (Alex) told me the bag wasn't removed from my car, that I must be mistaken, and put me in contact with his manager Bill. Neither one of them would help me, despite the fact that someone inside the shop took my keys! Bags don't just disappear, and I made no other stops before or after my repair appointment. I escalated my complaint to the owner, name of Jerry Cousins after Bill became downright rude with me. This so called owner didn't even have the decency, professionalism, or common courtesy to call me back! Stay far away from this shop filled with thieves and liars! More
