When I took my new HRV home, he sat with me in the car for quite a while, explaining things to me so that I was safe and comfortable driving home. Great Experience I did a lot of research on similar vehicles in the area and couldn't find a better deal. In the excitement to take my newly purchased vehicle home, I must have dropped the second set of keys. He literally ran out and stopped me as I was turning out of the dealership to give them to me. Great overall customer experience I have purchased new Honda's 2 other large dealers in the area and I have to say my experience at All Star was by far the best. I worked with Chris an I have purchased new Honda's 2 other large dealers in the area and I have to say my experience at All Star was by far the best. I worked with Chris and from the start I felt comfortable. He did not have a typical car salesman vibe. He seemed like someone who was genuinely committed to help figure out something that met the vehicle needs of my family. During the entire sales process there was no feeling of pressure or him trying to persuade us into doing something that did not work for us. He listened to our goals, and presented us with several options that met this goal. Once we agreed on the deal, he did a few things that I have never experienced before (This is my 4th new Honda in 3 years). He personally called my insurance company on my behalf to switch over my insurance to the new vehicle, it also included a gift card to the dealership and a few other nice perks. I highly recommend this dealer and will definitely be back to work with Chris! More

Poor service and communication Looked at car 2 days ago. Had to make numerous phone calls, texts, and e mails to Mark and All Star Honda over 2 days to try to obtain written sale information to determine amount needed for loan, work with bank, and arrange appointment to pick up car. Made appointment to pick up car after arranging financing and insurance. Appointment to pick up car tomorrow am at 11:00. Received text tonight from Mark Wade stating car had sold. Mark Wade stated sent paperwork for down payment but it was never received (guessing most likely never sent). Car was sold out from under me. Incredibly poor business practice. Mark Wade stated did not know I had appointment (which I scheduled with Trevor) to pick up car tomorrow but seemed to know should text to let me know car was sold tonight. Would never purchase car from this business- practices seem very shady and deceptive. More

I was able to get better deal here then any other local deal Everything was fairly fast and smooth. Other local dealers would not match all star price. They add so many accessories and jack up window sticker price, then they give you large discount but they don't tell you that discount does not include any of these accessories even after listing them on small All star window sticker. They use that higher price as a base for discounts and charge you for accessories again. The way I see it if it is listed it should be includes. I guess they do usual dealer game but at the end I still got better deal then anywhere else so I am happy. They clame to care about customer but once papers are signed and vehicle is delivered good luck getting any answer. More
